Registered Behavior Technician; RBT – Colonial Heights, VA

Autism Center of Excellence (Autism

COE) is seeking full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is designed for certified RBTs who are seeking stable, full-time hours in a supportive, ethical ABA environment with strong BCBA supervision and a collaborative team culture.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (Full-time is considered working 30+ hours per week consistently)

Compensation:
Hourly pay: $22–$27 per hour (experience-dependent)

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Follow behavior support and safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
• Ability to follow clinical direction
• Ability to pass required background checks

Preferred

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
