Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: $24-$30 hourly plus overtime. Overtime is not guaranteed and based upon market conditions and company operations.

As a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the go‑to expert for customers needing parts and accessories for heavy equipment. This hands‑on role combines customer service with inventory and stockroom operations. You’ll work closely with our service team and receive paid, on‑the‑job training to grow your skills.

• Assist customers in‑store and over the phone with parts inquiries
• Use catalogs, schematics idxand systems to identify needed parts Weapons

• Process incoming shipments and restock inventory
• Acc equests accurately fill customer and service department orders
• Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation
• Perform inventory checks and help maintain organized stock
• Inspect parts for defects and manager returns or substitutions

• A High School diploma or GED with 1+ year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus)
• Strong communication, stratage oucem p‑time management and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiencyӯҳ
• Ability to life up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
