Location:
Collinsville, IL
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends (hours vary depending on site).
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Pay range: $21.24 – $24.44 / hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance‑bonus compensation.

- Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomist duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or as business needs dictate
- Collect quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
- Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.)
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required
- Coach, mentor, instruct, and serve as a resource advisor for new employees; be the point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor
- Travel to additional doctor’s office or Patient Service Center sites when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington
- Five years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum three years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience
The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
