Architectural Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept project requirements drawing and specification development and construction administration

Manage client and team internal and external coordination and communication

Provide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing building science envelope and building systems

Provide review and revisions to renderings animations and construction documents

Apply project presentation and meeting communication skills

Prepare proposals and project scope including setting project fees and timelines

Report to the Principal in Charge for each project providing project status updates on a regular basis

Education Experience and Compensation Education Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Architecture Experience At least 10 years of job related experience

Licensure

Certification Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensure

The compensation range for this position is per year depending on experience and qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with projects in the mixed use and multifamily residential markets

Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
