Overview
Cafe
127 is a local coffee shop in Collierville, TN, offering a unique experience with an indoor kids play area and a mobile coffee truck for weddings and events. The cafe also provides bottled lattes and bulk order deliveries across TN, MS, AL, and FL.
This is a full-time role for a Cafe Manager, located on-site in Collierville, TN. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food and beverage quality. Duties also include scheduling, inventory management, and coordinating with the mobile coffee truck and delivery services.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
- Sales skills and experience
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in the cafe or restaurant industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
