As a Manager, Digital Product Management, you lead a cluster of related products, capabilities, or customer journeys. You drive the product strategy across multiple teams and ensure that every initiative contributes to a cohesive, outcome-oriented roadmap. You may directly manage other PMs or influence them through leadership in forums, processes, and product culture.

This product leadership position will guide strategy and team execution for key capabilities in the Visibility digital product space. This role will focus on core elements of the package recipient and shipper experience, which may include tracking information, delivery management capabilities, shipper tools, and other customer touchpoints.

Essential Functions
  • Set the strategic direction for a product group, aligning to company objectives and customer needs
  • Manage a team of PMs or lead without authority across squads to deliver against shared goals
  • Coordinate roadmaps across interdependent teams and ensure clear prioritization across the portfolio
  • Elevate product quality, consistency, and measurement by mentoring and reviewing team deliverables
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to ensure holistic product planning
  • Advocate for customer and business needs with senior leadership and translate strategy into execution
  • Drive planning, budgeting, and reporting for your area, balancing quick wins with long-term vision
  • Owning product vision and roadmap for this problem space
  • Improving the customer experience with and accuracy of delivery predictions
  • Analyzing the suite of delivery management options and improving their utilization and effectiveness
  • Developing go-to-market approaches for new market offerings for specific industries or verticals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally across engineering, data science, design, customer support, business stakeholders, and other product teams to deliver positive experiences
  • Defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to inform future iterations
  • Directly managing and mentoring a team of product managers across different levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience building consumer-facing products in last mile delivery, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or similarly operational environments
  • Experience partnering with data science teams to deliver predictive capabilities and improve performance over time
  • Ability to translate operational problems into scalable product requirements and workflows
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design in high-stakes, high-volume environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with both technical and operational leaders
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of practical experience may offset education requirements
Minimum Experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead product management role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record of managing the development of digital products from ideation through launch and beyond.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and using customer insights and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and understand technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Experience in digital product management within e-commerce, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Passion for staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
