Revenue Science Analyst

Executing quantitative analysis of non-standardized internal or external data to support the organizations global strategies. The primary responsibilities include assisting in producing analytical views from quantitative metrics related to business plans, actual or forecast enterprise performance, industry, competition, market, and customer segments.

• Develops statistical reports, attends business meetings, and uses computer-aided decision support tools, programming languages, relational databases, and visualization tools to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
• Assists in producing analytical views in support of business decisions from quantitative metrics related to business plans, actual or forecast enterprise performance by revenue or volume or other dimensions, industry, competition, market and customer segments.
• Develops statistical reports to share significant metrics with the enterprise per requirements from manager or senior level peers within the team.
• Attends business meetings within and outside the team along with the manager or senior team members to understand various business functions related to the enterprise.
• Develops excellence in computer aided decision support, (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C, , Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. Power
  
  BI, Tableau, Spotfire) to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
• Provides updates up to mid-management (typically within the department).
• Perform other duties as assigned

Masters degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Strong human relations, communication, and analytical skills required.

Knowledge of programming languages (like SAS, SQL, Python, C, , Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. Power

BI, Tableau, Spotfire).

Candidates will lead large revenue management projects and will require developing pricing strategy, gathering business requirements, leading teams, navigating internal governance and reporting progress to decision makers. Project Management, Business process engineering, Requirement gathering & Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.

This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a Fed Ex office location up to several times per week.
