H2 Health Prime Living provides 1:1 care to residents within luxury senior living communities in Collierville.

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy services to residents in luxury senior living communities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

• Education:
  
  A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Licensure:
  Active or eligible state license to practice.
