• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service with some outbound calling
• Coordinating the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
• Utilizing dispatching and schedule management software
• Returning customer calls as needed and following up with past customers
• Performing paperwork and filing duties
• Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of administrative assistant and scheduling experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable with sales
• Adaptive to technology
• Excellent office management skills
• Great multitasking and prioritization skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sales and/or Marketing – basic understanding of the differences
• Quick Books Online or other accounting knowledge is a plus
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
