Our client is a global manufacturer headquartered in Collierville, TN. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with a variety of office management functions.

The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. The individual will provide administrative support to the company's leadership and department.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure organization within the office environment - handling mail. shipments, office supply orders, receive visitors, clients, guests, etc.
  • Coordinate entertainment events, industry meetings, and recognition events
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask
Role is in person at the headquarters office, Mon - Fri.
