The Weinstein Supply trade name is part of Hajoca and is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Driver at the Collegeville, PA location.

You will:

• Warehouse Supervisor role:
  Supervise, schedule and train warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
• Ensure merchandise is received and stored efficiently, maintain required records in conformance with company policy.
• Supervise the routing, loading, and preparation of orders for shipment and delivery per customer instructions.
• Review and maintain appropriate DOT records and physical examination certificates for drivers; ensure current training certification for forklift/material handling equipment operators.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance of all company delivery vehicles and material handling equipment in use in the warehouse.
• Recommend purchases of warehouse equipment and stay current with new warehousing methods.
• Maintain safety of warehouse operations in compliance with the company’s Safety Standards, OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Maintain security of warehouse and grounds to protect the Profit Center’s assets.
• Resolve delivery complaints and receiving disputes quickly and effectively.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with company Safety Standards and required safety/compliance training programs.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.

You will:

• Driver role:
  Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules, laws, and regulations. Destinations include job sites, customer facilities, vendor facilities, other Hajoca locations, or other locations as directed by management.
• Load the truck with Hajoca merchandise; secure the load and ensure necessary unloading equipment is available.
• Understand shipping documents and have accurate directions to each destination; review shipping documentation for order accuracy.
• Unload merchandise at the receiving site and obtain legible signatures as required; collect and secure outstanding payments for cash-sale deliveries before releasing material.
• Work with customers to resolve shipping discrepancies; load truck at vendor locations or other sites as needed.
• Provide sales leads discovered during deliveries; inspect the truck and required parts to determine safe operating condition before departure; keep the truck clean.
• Notify management of mechanical problems; lock and store keys appropriately at end of day.
• Complete required safety and compliance training; perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Be able to drive for company business with:
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Driving record meeting the Authorized Driver criteria per company policy.

• Experience supervising staff or acting as a team lead.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and other safety regulations; ability to enforce safety standards.
• Strong customer, vendor, and coworker relations; calm under pressure and able to handle emergencies.
• Ability to learn product lines and operate warehouse systems.
• Proficiency in English; basic math skills; understanding of driving laws and safety in warehouse environments.
