Full-Time Produce Stocker

Kimberton Whole Foods in Collegeville is looking for a career-minded, full-time Produce Team Member.

Full-Time, 40 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week.

Tuesday - Saturday work week. Availability to work a combination of opening and closing shifts within a 6:00am-8:30pm timeframe.

Must be 18 years or older.

$17.00 - $19.00, depending on experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items.
• Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis.
• Work in collaboration with the Produce Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department.
• Follow the KWF standard operating procedure for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department.
• Understand KWF inventory management practices.

• Full sense range (vision, hearing, sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control, as well as the ability to communicate with customers and co‑workers.
• Lifting, gripping and carrying objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Standing – prolonged standing.
• Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather than sedentary (sitting).
• Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
