Exhibit Production​/Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a
hands-on Exhibit Production / Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and production schedules in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems in real time, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely.

You’ll oversee production workflow, warehouse organization, and staff coordination while partnering closely with shipping, receiving, and leadership to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

• Lead and support production and warehouse staff with a strong focus on teamwork and accountability
• Work with Warehouse Leads to assign tasks based on workload, skill set, and priorities
• Jump in and work directly with the build team when needed

• Manage daily production schedules to keep projects on track
• Monitor job progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records for job assignments, progress, and completion
• Oversee receiving processes, ensuring assets are inspected, organized, and properly stored

• Identify safety concerns and proactively implement improvements
• Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse layout to maximize workflow and accessibility

• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and management to streamline operations
• Communicate clearly and proactively to resolve issues and align departments

• Proven experience in warehouse or production management
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside your team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and scheduling
• Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of safety and quality standards

• Experience with exhibit production, fabrication, or assembly
