Flex Caregiver

Overview

Full-Time Flex Caregiver | 7am–7pm Monday–Friday | $18/hr + Mileage + On-Call Bonus

• Active CNA license in Pennsylvania or 4+ years of caregiving experience (home care or facility)
• Supervisory or training experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Full Time availability
• Willingness to work with any client within Montgomery County
• Full-time availability between Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (schedule will vary based on client needs)

• Provide personal care, companionship, and support for seniors and adults with varying needs
• Step into open shifts to ensure consistent client coverage
• Support new client starts and represent the agency with professionalism
• Train and mentor caregivers in the field to maintain quality standards
• Observe and report client condition changes to the office team
• Collaborate with the recruiting and care coordination teams to strengthen client and caregiver relationships
• Maintain documentation, care logs, and ADLs in Axis Care
• Serve on-call one week per month (after probationary period) for urgent client needs

• $18/hour base pay
• $27/hr for overtime (after 40 hours a week)
• $350 bonus after successful probationary period ($50 after first 80 hours, $300 after first 90 days)
• $100 on-call bonus each month
