This full-time, on-site Assistant Controller role is located in Collegeville, PA. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting budgetary processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting in audits, and collaborating with the finance team to optimize processes. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication are critical to succeed in this role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial software and tools such as Quick Books or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a controller, accountant, or related financial role is preferred
