Mechanical Engineer - Water/Wastewater - Professional Engineer

This is a unique opportunity for a PE to play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of engineers while influencing critical projects. In this position, you will:

• Mentor and guide a talented team of Engineers in Training (EITs), sharing your expertise to help them achieve their PE licenses and develop their professional skills.
• Take on a strategic role in project engineering and management, expanding beyond CAD modeling to impact project planning, execution, and innovation.
• Collaborate with the team to design and model water and wastewater infrastructure using Solid Works, providing insights that go beyond just the technical drawings.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater.
• Advanced proficiency in Solid Works and a strong background in CAD modeling.
• Proven skills in mentorship, guidance, and team development.
• Strong competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A strategic thinker with a passion for nurturing the next generation of engineering talent.
