Position: Manager Event Broadcast and Production Lead US Pfizer Commercial
* Bachelor’s degree with at four years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with seven years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 9 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Proven leadership, collaboration, and people management skills.
* Strong knowledge of AV systems, media production, and event technology.
* Experience in corporate AV/events or broadcast environments.
* Experience with AV production tools and software (e.g., vMix, OBS, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality results.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex multi-site audio, video, and web-based events, preferably in a large, global environment
* Extensive proven experience in large Information Technology organizations
* Ability to interface with customers at all organizational levels and build effective relationships with senior management
* Strong participation on cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Excellent planning and organization skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in large, global organizations or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* CTS or other AV Industry certifications are preferred
* Ability to focus for long periods of time to produce events
* Lift at least 25lb
* Occasional travel to other Pfizer sites may be needed
* Occasional early morning or evening support
