Senior Accountant – Manufacturing (Onsite, Collegeville, PA | Up to $100k)

This is a fantastic onsite opportunity offering up to $100,000 for experienced talent ready to take ownership of core accounting functions and make a visible impact.

• Drive month-end close, GL accounting, cost accounting, and inventory analysis in a thriving manufacturing environment
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, billing, and special analysis to keep operations running smoothly
• Take charge of account reconciliations, bank deposits, 1099 reporting, and timely payments
• Partner with HR to support payroll processing, Worker’s Compensation, and Disability claims
• Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute your expertise on cross-functional projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a general accounting role, with manufacturing job costing REQUIRED
• Proven month-end close and inventory accounting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Quick Books, and Solomon
• Solid grasp of GAAP and attention to detail
• CPA preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service
