Our growing construction client is seeking a role up your sleeves Controller. This position is on site daily.

Responsibilities- Proven experience managing and mentoring a small accounting team
- Extremely hands on being involved in every aspect of accounting and finance
- Perform all financial reporting, general ledger accounting and provide monthly analysis to ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be nimble enough to shift gears as needed.
- Strong experience with transactional accounting expertise.
- Ability to improve policy and procedures to GAAP standards.
- Experience using Quick Books accounting software is a must.
- Spearhead all dealings with company CPA firm for Audit and Tax requirements.
- Ability to ‘wear many hats’ and work independently.
- 4 year degree in Accounting and CPA would be a plus.
