As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand, welcoming customers like guests at a party, helping them find their favorite team gear, and turning casual shoppers into lifelong fans. You’ll support merchandising, product knowledge, sales transactions, store appearance, and daily operations including opening and closing tasks. With a great attitude and passion for customer service, you’ll help create the Rally House vibe fans return to again and again.

• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and store associates.

• Physical requirements:
