We seek entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our nationwide pawn store locations. The role involves engaging customers, processing sales and loans, and working with diverse merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The role offers hourly wages plus commissions, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.85/hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items.
• Respond to calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete training successfully.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills, including POS systems.
