Sam’s Club is seeking a dedicated Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate to support the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. You will help maintain sanitary conditions, stock shelves, and assist members with their needs, playing a key role in operations and customer service in the fresh food areas.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with company policies; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; price and label merchandise; complete required audits and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, delivering deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, and reporting issues to Management.
• Support a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; ensure high-quality products are available for members.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to complete required trainings and assessments if offered the position

• Experience with stocking and customer service is helpful; strong willingness to learn and grow within the role

• The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00; actual rate may equal or exceed the minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
