• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff.
• Meet sales goals and performance criteria by coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Monitor controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintain store stability, reputation, and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard all money received and manage banking requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer‑service environment.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
