The member frontline cashier is the heart of the front end. You may be the first, last, or only associate our members interact with. You will help members at the registers and support self-checkout, while maintaining a fast pace especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. You will balance multiple tasks to scan items, process payments, and keep the area clean.

It’s hard work, but part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area; processing member purchases and payments according to company policies
• Assist members with payments and different membership and payment types
• Answer member questions and support self-service technology
• Zone the area and organize merchandise

• Customer Service experience; retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*

• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
