Front of House Lead Supervisor (Full Time)

Join Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services as a Front of House Lead Supervisor at Texas A&M University. This full‑time role oversees daily food service operations, ensuring high quality products and customer service.

• Monitors food service operation to ensure quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management, maximizing valuation and minimizing waste.
• Ensures staff are on task and quality assurance standards are met; maintains a clean and organized operation.
• Monitors marketing signage and ensures compliance with company/client expectations.
• Upholds policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of food service supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
