• Provide excellent customer services.
• Greet guests as soon as they come in and make them feel welcomed and present menus.
• Make suggestions based on their preferences.
• Take and serve food/drinks orders.
• Up-sell when appropriate.
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Must have a guest first mentality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
