Responsibilities of a Prep Cook include:
- Reading prep sheets
- Following Bubba’s 33 recipes
- Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
- Maintaining and properly using equipment
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Exhibiting teamwork
