As a part of our Front-of-House team, you play a major role in connecting customer service to guest satisfaction. Every position in the restaurant—though different in responsibility—is equally important in creating a memorable guest experience. Our FOH team works together throughout each shift to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily FOH operations with professionalism and efficiency
- Lead by example and help set expectations for team performance
- Maintain strong guest and employee relationships
- Assist with scheduling, shift management, and team communication
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Execute and oversee orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with creating and placing product orders
- Ensure cash-handling accuracy and accountability
- Solve problems quickly and confidently
- Support and reinforce Napa Flats standards of service and hospitality
- Work efficiently in multiple FOH positions as needed
- Maintain food, liquor, and wine knowledge to answer guest questions
- Help uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational flow
- Certificates of qualification (if applicable)
- Loyal, dependable, and trustworthy
- Charismatic and approachable leadership style

- Solid restaurant and FOH operational knowledge
