Part Time Community Assistant – Asset Living

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Property leasing and administration, including show, lease, and move‑in of prospective residents.
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
- Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale—making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up.
- Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in.
- Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, turn processes, and maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours.
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, newsletter).
- Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units.
- Assist in implementing annual marketing outreach plans and reviewing market surveys/analysis.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition.
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround.
- Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
- Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software functions.
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
- Stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, handle tasks requiring use of hands and arms as necessary.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Salary Range
: $10 per hour to $13 per hour
