• Lead property leasing and administration
• Attend the property onsite daily
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and the turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Help develop and implement resident retention programs
• Contribute to the upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market analysis
• Maintain property product knowledge, market conditions, and complete weekly market survey reports
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relations with residents
• Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

• Move about the premises to accomplish tasks; communicate with others; repetitive motions of wrists/hands
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and stairs; stand or sit for prolonged periods
• Occasionally maneuver in various environments, including tight spaces; lift or move up to 25 lbs; operate tools and vehicles as needed
• Occasional overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies); tolerate varied temperatures and outdoor conditions

Salary Range
: $14 per hour to $16 per hour
