Responsibilities- Lead property leasing and administration
- Attend the property onsite daily
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
- Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up
- Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
- Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and the turn process
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
- Help develop and implement resident retention programs
- Contribute to the upkeep of the office, common areas, and model
- Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market analysis
- Maintain property product knowledge, market conditions, and complete weekly market survey reports
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relations with residents
- Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Move about the premises to accomplish tasks; communicate with others; repetitive motions of wrists/hands
- Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and stairs; stand or sit for prolonged periods
- Occasionally maneuver in various environments, including tight spaces; lift or move up to 25 lbs; operate tools and vehicles as needed
- Occasional overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies); tolerate varied temperatures and outdoor conditions

Salary Range
: $14 per hour to $16 per hour
