Overview

- Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry levels
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Quickly report and address any changes in condition
- Explain tests results and procedures to patients and family members
- Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention
We are offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus in addition to relocation for hires who meet eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma
- One (1) or more years of nursing experience
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
- BLS (AHA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred

Pay Range$31.50 - $49.69 /hour
