• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
