Position:
Shift Supervisor (Full time – Immediate)

• Schedule:
  
  Full time; hours and days may vary.
• Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
• Requirement:
  Prior food-service supervisory experience preferred.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the employee contact for complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
