• Oversee service orders and workflow in the Drive Lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain high Customer Success Index standards.

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage others and work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
