Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time remote role for a Telecom Field Specialist. The Telecom Field Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network and communication systems. Key tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with clients, ensuring secure and high‑performance connectivity, and supporting SD‑WAN and unified communications implementations. The role requires close collaboration with client teams, providing technical guidance, and maintaining documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications- Technical skills in network installation, configuration, and maintenance, including SD‑WAN and managed connectivity technologies.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in telecommunications and networking environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and familiarity with single‑pane security management systems.
- Experience with unified communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams PBX and Office 365 integration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, networking, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related credentials are a plus.
