Job Description
Action Behavior Centers is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, play‑based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills, experience, and growth.

Monday–Friday, daytime hours (8 am–5 pm). Volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs.
What You’ll Be Doing- Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
- Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
- Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- RBT exam already passed.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move quickly with young children.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if needed.
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
