Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist – Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in College Station, TX. Clinicians who offer 25+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend.

  • Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
  • Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children, with our support
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
  • Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong character; we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
  • Specialty population services will be driven by client demand
Specialties Preferred
  • Licensed Therapist specializing in or experienced in counseling children and adolescents and/or play therapy
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas
  • Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation

Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

  • $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week
