Serve as the local chief executive agent. Lead the local provider(s) in delivering high-quality care to the community it serves and contribute to the overall success of the company. Ensure daily execution of operations and manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.
Qualifications- Must have an associate degree in a health-related field and two years as a manager or supervisor
- Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- A licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator is preferred
- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
