A leading HVAC firm is seeking an HVAC BIM Detailer to develop accurate 3D BIM models and shop drawings for ductwork systems. This role involves close coordination with design teams and contractors, along with performing clash detection using BIM tools. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC ductwork knowledge, be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and possess a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to deliver high-quality documentation.

The salary range is from $75,000 to $90,000.
