Assistant Director - Leisure and Instructional Programs

* Bachelor's degree in sports management, higher education/student affairs, recreation, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Six years of progressively responsible experience in an area related to leisure, recreational sports, or student affairs.
* Seven years of progressively responsible experience in an area related to leisure and instructional programs.
* Experience in recreational sports industry.
* Experience in budgeting and management of business finances.
* Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure understanding.
