Otolaryngologist – Dignity Health / Central Texas Sinus & Allergy (CTSA)
CTSA is a rapidly expanding private practice dedicated to comprehensive ENT, allergy, and sinus care across Central Texas. The Otolaryngologist role offers a partnership track, a 4‑day clinic schedule, an OR day, and manageable call. Join a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and audiologists.
Position Summary and ResponsibilitiesLeverage strong surgical skills across a broad range of ENT procedures, including office‑based sinus procedures and OR‑type cases. Grow with the practice and potentially take on leadership responsibilities.
Practice SettingPrivate Practice, partner with St. Joseph Health/Common Spirit.
ScheduleClinic:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding OR days). OR day: one dedicated day per week. In‑office procedures can be scheduled on any clinical day.
Manageable schedule: 4–5 days a month and 1 weekend a month.

Compensation & Benefits- Base Compensation: $500,000 during income guarantee period

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active or eligible for a Texas medical license

Central Texas Sinus & Allergy (CTSA) serves approximately 1,800 patients monthly across five locations:
College Station, Bastrop, Montgomery, Columbus, and Mexia. CTSA offers a full spectrum of ENT and allergy services, including allergy testing, advanced nose and sinus care, balloon sinuplasty procedures, comprehensive hearing aid services, and medical and surgical ENT treatments.

Thrive with 1,700–1,800 patients per month and an average of 50 patients a day. - Multi‑Location Flexibility:
