Otolaryngologist – Dignity Health / Central Texas Sinus & Allergy (CTSA)

CTSA is a rapidly expanding private practice dedicated to comprehensive ENT, allergy, and sinus care across Central Texas. The Otolaryngologist role offers a partnership track, a 4‑day clinic schedule, an OR day, and manageable call. Join a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and audiologists.

Leverage strong surgical skills across a broad range of ENT procedures, including office‑based sinus procedures and OR‑type cases. Grow with the practice and potentially take on leadership responsibilities.

Private Practice, partner with St. Joseph Health/Common Spirit.

Clinic:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding OR days). OR day: one dedicated day per week. In‑office procedures can be scheduled on any clinical day.

Manageable schedule: 4–5 days a month and 1 weekend a month.

• Balloon Sinuplasty and other office‑based sinus procedures

Mod Med

• Base Compensation: $500,000 during income guarantee period
• Partnership:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active or eligible for a Texas medical license

Central Texas Sinus & Allergy (CTSA) serves approximately 1,800 patients monthly across five locations:
College Station, Bastrop, Montgomery, Columbus, and Mexia. CTSA offers a full spectrum of ENT and allergy services, including allergy testing, advanced nose and sinus care, balloon sinuplasty procedures, comprehensive hearing aid services, and medical and surgical ENT treatments.
