• Provides exceptional dining experience to guests – Greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions – front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen.
• Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.

• Friendly and helpful team player.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements; the employee may be responsible for the cost.

Workplace duties include handling hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, standing for up to four hours, lifting up to 50 lbs., and reaching across counters. Employees should be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate verbally, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflict.
