What You’ll Do- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on daily operations, including campaign updates, team meetings, and client relations.
- Execute dynamic retail field marketing and sales campaigns aligned with client goals and revenue targets.
- Engage customers face-to-face inside retail locations
, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and closing sales through consultative interactions. - Analyze customer behavior and retail traffic trends to support targeted brand and sales strategies.
- Work with external partners and internal team leads to coordinate integrated marketing and retail sales initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and sales representative, educating consumers and ensuring consistent, positive brand representation on the sales floor.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support team and client success as needed.

- High energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer-facing conversations.
- A strategic mindset paired with creativity and solid sales problem-solving skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales
, marketing, customer service, or brand management (preferred but not required). - Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers and managing sales conversations.
- Familiarity with marketing trends, retail promotions, and brand engagement best practices.
