Intake and Support Manager

* Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and a working knowledge of the Clery Act along with the VAWA Amendments to Clery (Campus Save Act).
* Four (4) years of professional experience in counseling or interviewing complainants in the areas of sexual misconduct (i.e. sexual assault, sexual and domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, stalking, etc.) and non-discrimination procedures and policies.
* Experience working in higher education.
* Experience assessing reports of discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct.
* Experience with Maxient or other case management software.
* Experience working with diverse populations, specifically in the context of sexual violence.
* Ability to work collaboratively with community partners
* Fluency in and/or demonstrated working knowledge of Spanish language.
