Night Audit - Part-Time

Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Millennium Center is a premier hotel located near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, committed to providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. As a Part-Time Night Auditor at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Millennium Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

You will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, including front desk duties, accounting tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits to verify the accuracy of all financial transactions
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
• Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and welcoming
• Address any guest concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with the daytime staff to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
