Flexible working

Hours:

Shift Pattern - Required to be Flexible in any given shift
Full time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends..

Competitive Pay:

Pre 12 weeks:
From 6am to 6pm £12,21
From 6pm to 6am £12,21 + £1.65 per hour

Post 12 weeks:
From 6am to 6pm £13.18
From 6pm to 6am £13.18 + £1.65 per hour

Enhanced weekend rate of an additional £1.65 per hour.
Overtime:
Paid every 4 weeks.

Productivity bonus:
Up to £20 extra per shift.

What You'll Do:

Work in a bustling warehouse for a major UK supermarket, playing a key role in ensuring the picking of items like alcohol, meats, milk, yogurts, juices, and other food products to keep the shelves stocked for stores around the UK.
Maintain high standards of product quality.
Collaborate with your team and flexibly move between departments as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable working in a cold environment (3-5 degrees) for part or all of your shift.
Ability to lift up to 20kg.
Available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
