Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Real Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to work on-site for one of the Midlands’ leading recruitment companies.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role based within a large warehouse environment, managing a high-volume contract of approximately 100 temporary workers at any one time.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a large temporary workforce on-site

* Building strong working relationships with on-site HR teams

* Sourcing and onboarding quality candidates for immediate starts

* Back filling shifts and managing no-shows effectively

* Completing reports accurately and on time

* Attending weekly KPI meetings and reporting on performance figures

* Ensuring compliance with recruitment and site processes

About You

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Account Manager or similar role

* Strong background in high-volume, on-site recruitment

* Confident managing large temp work forces

* Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to staffing issues

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Available to start quickly
