🚀A fast-paced payroll bureau role supporting large, complex client payrolls within a market-leading organisation. This role suits an experienced payroller who thrives in volume-driven environments and enjoys client interaction.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end payroll processing, including BACS where required

* First-line payroll checks ensuring technical accuracy and compliance

* Regular professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders

* Processing starters, leavers, pensions, holiday and sick pay

* Ensuring statutory deductions and auto-enrolment compliance

* Supporting monthly payroll deadlines and maintaining procedures

* Handling payroll queries from clients, colleagues, and HMRC

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven client payroll experience (bureau or large-scale environment)

* Experience processing large payrolls

* Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll function

* Strong understanding of statutory deductions, pensions, and auto-enrolment

* Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders

* Strong Excel skills (reports, reconciliations, CSV uploads)

* Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
