Job posted by B&Q Ireland at B&Q Coleraine. Full time. Permanent contract. 28.5 to 36.75 hours per week. UK Notional hourly rate £13.71 per hour. Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 8.00 am – 9.00 pm.

• Use software to create inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face‑to‑face, guiding them from ideas through to delivery.
• Drive sales and convert design proposals into sales within a targets‑oriented environment.

• Excellent technology skills and ability to use relevant software.
• Brilliant communication and relationship‑building skills, working closely with colleagues and installers.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Strong team player with problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for design.
• Flexible with a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
