We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team based at Trinity House, Coleraine. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

• Location: Coleraine - Trinity House
• Quantity of Posts Available: 1
• Salary: £15.25 per hour
• Working Pattern: 36 hours per week;
  Any 4 days out of 7; 8am - 5:30pm

• Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to (if required)
• Prepare the service counter and ensure readiness for service
• Provide the highest level of customer service consistently
• Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard
• Complete administration as requested (recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, recording daily sales)
• Complete bookwork procedures (purchasing, cash handling, banking, weekly ETA)
• Report defective equipment/utensils/work surfaces to the relevant Head Office department
• Open and close of all food outlets in accordance with Company procedures

• Attention to detail in all aspects of the work

Basic statutory training requires basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers. Proficient computer literacy.
